N.Y.& Q.C.RY. SEYFRIED STATES THAT THE RAILROAD RIGHT OF WAY WAS ON
AN EMBANKMENT THROUGH WHICH THE TROLLEY COMPANY HAD TO EXCAVATE.


BY 1936 THE NEW YORK AND QUEENS COUNTY WAS DOUBLE TRACK.
