FROM SEA BEACH PALACE TO BRIGHTON BEACH ON THE C.I.E.RY.



ON  AUGUST  29,  1896  THE  COMPANY  WAS  REORGANIZED  AS
THE   SEA   BEACH   RAILWAY   COMPANY.   IN  NOVEMBER  1897
IT   WAS  PURCHASED  BY  THE  BROOKLYN  RAPID  TRANSIT
COMPANY   AND  LEASED  TO  THE  BROOKLYN  HEIGHTS  RAILROAD.
