Well, they filled the boiler with water today and fired it up! They had a few leaks to fix. Stan came back after dinner out and found another one. He just put a bucket under it. It's really starting to feel warm down there, at least in the mechanical room. No insulation, and no air-tightness, so we're going to go through the wood. I threw a few more logs onto the fire so it would keep going through morning. -russ
