TRACK SEVEN HAD RUN STRAIGHT BACK ADJACENT TO THE VERTICAL COLUMNS AND STAIRCASE. ON JULY 1, 1978 THE STATION TRACKS WERE RENUMBERED. OLD TRACK SEVEN TO THE LEFT OF THIS PLATFORM BECAME TRACK ONE. TRACKS ONE AND SEVEN WERE OUT OF SERVICE. ON JULY 17, 1980 TRACK TWO - FORMERLY TRACK SIX - WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE FOR CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES. THE PLATFORM WAS EXTENDED EAST AND THE WEST END OF TRACK ONE WAS BROUGHT BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL ALIGNMENT. ON MAY 17, 1982 TRACKS ONE AND TWO WERE RETURNED TO SERVICE WITH A CAPACITY OF TEN CARS EACH. |
