ALEXANDER T. STEWART'S CENTRAL RAIL ROAD OF LONG ISLAND WAS BUILT TO PROVIDE
PASSENGER SERVICE TO GARDEN CITY AND ACCESS TO THE BRICK YARD AT BETHPAGE.
THE BETHPAGE BRANCH CROSSED THE LONG ISLAND RAIL ROAD AT BETHPAGE JUNCTION.

1892 BLUEPRINT OF BETHPAGE JUNCTION INTERLOCKING
TOWER NUMBER 49 INSTALLED AUGUST, 1885.


1925 BLUEPRINT SHOWS BETHPAGE BRANCH SWITCH IS HAND OPERATED BUT LOCKED BY LEVER NUMBER 9 IN "B" TOWER.


1916 PLAN SHOWS BRANCH RUNNING NORTH NEARLY TO THE MOTOR PARKWAY.
THE BRANCH THEN SERVED TWO BRICKYARDS AND TWO PICKLE HOUSES.


1927 BLUEPRINT OF NASSAU BRICK COMPANY SHOWS THAT TRACK TO
QUEENS CONTY BRICK COMPANY HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED.


1916 PLAN OF QUEENS COUNTY BRICK COMPANY AND PICKLE HOUSE SIDINGS.
