TRAIN 4012 GOING EAST BETWEEN THE EQUIPMENT OF TRAINS 9304 AND 8302. THE SIGNAL IDENTIFIED AS "BH" IS A BLOCK LIMIT SIGNAL AND WAS NOT IN SERVICE AS PER TRAIN ORDER.
